Before you call
What to expect
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you submit before mid-afternoon. If you have an active leak or a drainage problem during a storm, call rather than filling in the form. We triage those ahead of everything else.
What happens at the walkthrough?
About ninety minutes on your property. We look at grade, soil, sun exposure and the existing irrigation, take measurements and photos, and talk about how you want to use the space. You get a budget range before we leave. There is no presentation and nobody asks you to sign anything on the spot.
Do I need to be home?
For the first walkthrough, yes, because most of the value is in the conversation. After that we can usually work from photos and a shared plan. For maintenance quotes we can walk the property on our own if you would rather.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. Walkthroughs and estimates for installation, hardscape, irrigation and maintenance are free. The two exceptions are design work, which is a paid service credited back against your installation, and irrigation diagnostics at a flat $185, credited against any repairs booked within thirty days.
What should I have ready?
Nothing mandatory, but three things help: a rough idea of your budget range, photos of anything that only happens occasionally such as standing water after a storm, and your most recent water bill if the reason you are calling is cost.
